PENGERTIAN EXPRESSION OF AGREEment DAN DISAGREEMENT

1) AGREEMENT

Artinyaekspresi atau ungkapan yang menyatakan setuju dengan pendapat orang lain. Expressing agree berarti mengekspresikan persetujuan.

2) DISAGREEMENT

Artinya ekspresi atau ungkapan yang menyatakan tidak setuju dengan pendapat orang lain. Expressing disagree berarti mengekspresikan ketidaksetujuan.

Contoh kalimat AGREEMENT

• I agree with you (Aku setuju denganmu).
• You’re right (Kamu benar).
• That’s right (Itu benar).
• That’s true (Itu benar).
• Absolutely (Benar).
• Definitely (Tentunya).
• No doubt about it (Tidak diragukan lagi).
• That’s exactly what I think (Itulah tepatnya yang aku pikir).
• I couldn’t agree with you more (Aku tidak bisa lebih setuju lagi denganmu).
• I feel the same way (Aku sependapat).
• You can say that again (Itu benar)
• You took the words right out of my mouth (Kamu mengetahui persis apa yang ingin aku katakan).
• I suppose you are right (Aku rasa kamu benar).
• That may/might be true (Itu mungkin benar).
• You may/might be right (Kamu mungkin benar).
• I see your point (Aku setuju denganmu).
• I have to admit/say it, but it’s true (aku harus akui/katakan, namun itu benar).

• I disagree (Aku tidak setuju).
• I don’t agree (Aku tidak setuju).
• I can’t agree (Aku tidak setuju).
• I don’t think so (Aku rasa tidak).
• I’m not sure about that (Aku tidak yakin dengan hal itu).
• I don’t know about that (Aku tidak tahu tentang itu).
• I’m not sure if I agree with you about that (Aku tidak yakin jika aku setuju denganmu tentang hal itu).
• I wouldn’t say that (Aku tidak setuju).
• I wouldn’t go as far as that (Aku tidak tahu tentang itu).
• I wish I could agree with you, but …(Aku harap aku bisa setuju denganmu, namun … ).
• I don’t mean to disagree with you, but … (Aku tidak bermaksud tidak setuju denganmu, namun …).
• I don’t want to argue with you about that, but … (Aku tidak ingin berdebat denganmu tentang itu, namun …).
